If a selected candidate has to leave / leaves the position within the trial period we will conduct a replacement search for no fee, billing only expenses and statutory VAT as well as costs for advertisements (online/ newspapers), should they be requested.

If the candidate has to leave / leaves due to downsizing, relocation, or any other reason not disclosed during the recruitment process, then this termination will not be covered.
